As a trusted nonprofit organization, Willie Carter Outreach Center exists to aid addiction sufferers and their families, while bolstering the community support needed to transform the landscape of addiction care in South Jefferson County. Everything we do is focused on achieving better care and better results for addiction treatment. We believe the chronic condition of addiction is best treated in a self-directed, recovery-oriented system of care. We act as a connector, guiding individuals to the appropriate care for their recovery so they can find wellness and thrive.
The Center is a drop-in wellness, recovery, and support center. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in our community through individual and family services, community programs and partnerships with other organizations.
